The Austin Table Cookbook

During COVID I was working at R/GA Austin and pitched an idea to create a collective cookbook where all the profits could be shared among those willing to share their recipes with the locals.

Margarita anyone?

Culture is pervasive and essential to the community. Food and popular gathering places are the reasons why someone might come visit.

During lockdown and before to-go orders were standard and available, many restaurants were laying off staff and applying for loans, grants or donations. The hope was to generate funds to these restaurants to use for their staff.

Colorful and funky.

I love cookbooks, so creating one that has a purpose like this is a dream. We created it to be a digital version to be quick.

It generated $20k over a week that went straight back to the restaurants.
